1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
- Orders can be canceled within 10 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel, email us at studiousbunty@gmail.com with your order details.
- If your order is canceled successfully, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
After Shipment:
- Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return after receiving the product (see Return Policy below).
2. Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns if:
✔ The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return request is made within 1 days of delivery.
✔ The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or opened cosmetic products due to hygiene reasons.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance.
- Gift cards and personalized/customized items.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at studiousbunty@gmail.com with your order details, reason for return, and images (if applicable).
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will process the refund to your provided bank account or issue store credit.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven't received your refund, first check with your bank or payment provider.
- If the issue persists, contact us at studiousbunty@gmail.com.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
